Identifying and researching partnership prospects aligned with the company’s objectives.
Qualify leads and prospects to build a strong and steady line up of active, quality individual and institutional sales partners and their corresponding roster of new onboarding companies.
Develop and execute strategies to approach, engage, convert, and onboard target companies as either (or both) sales partners and newly accredited salary loan partner.
Present the benefits and features of our salary loans product effectively to prospective partner companies.
Collaborate with various internal support teams (e.g. marketing, training) to develop materials and resources tailored to support partnership acquisition efforts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other support units to evaluate partnership feasibility and alignment with business strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
