Since taking the helm as CEO in 2009, Felipe has led The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation through a period of sustained growth and transformation, expanding its loan portfolio from PHP 250 million to almost PHP 3 billion and its equity base from PHP 10 million to over PHP 700 million.
Under his leadership, TGLFC evolved from a traditional financing company into a forward-thinking institution anchored on accessibility, innovation, and financial readiness. He championed the company’s diversification beyond pension financing, forging partnerships with banks and technology providers and launching innovative products such as salary and payday loans that help bridge financial gaps for Filipino workers and pensioners.
As CEO, Felipe drives the company’s strategic direction, focusing on scalability, sustainable growth, and a readiness-driven culture that aligns people, systems, and products. Prior to TGLFC, he worked on funding strategy for Cavite Biofuel Producers Inc. and served as Assistant Vice President for Sales at One Finanz in Hong Kong.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, Major in Finance and Minor in Economics from the University of San Francisco.
Jerome brings over 16 years of expertise in technology, spanning embedded software development, e-commerce, ERP/CRM systems, and IT operations. Since joining TGLFC in 2009, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s digital transformation, spearheading the development of its Loans Management System, one of the first fully automated platforms in the local pension loan industry.
Prior to TGLFC, Jerome served as General Manager of Bluediscus Inc., an e-commerce platform development firm, and as Director of Product Development for Detour LLC, a U.S.-based online travel marketplace. His diverse background has given him deep experience in building scalable, customer-focused technology solutions.
Jerome is a graduate of the University of the Philippines, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
Kurt Kenneth Dayrit is the Chief Finance Officer of The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation, bringing over 15 years of expertise in corporate finance, tax, compliance, and financial planning. His career spans senior leadership roles at PNB Holdings Corporation, Eton Properties Philippines, Ortigas Property Management, and Santos Knight Frank, as well as a strong foundation in audit with SGV & Co. (EY Philippines).
As CFO, Kurt leads TGLFC’s financial strategy, overseeing governance, risk management, and capital allocation to fuel the company’s growth ambitions. He is recognized for transforming finance functions into value-adding units by strengthening internal controls, optimizing resources, and ensuring regulatory discipline.
Beyond numbers, Kurt drives financial sustainability by aligning funding priorities with TGLFC’s mission of accessibility and financial readiness. He plays a key role in mentoring teams, fostering operational efficiency, and ensuring that every peso invested supports people, programs, and products that deliver long-term impact.
Sheila joined TGLFC in 2018 and leads the company’s Corporate Services, bringing more than 16 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration across multiple industries. She is highly skilled in strategic HR management, talent acquisition and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and engagement.
Her career includes leadership roles in health and life insurance, sports information intelligence, non-profit organizations, BPO, and financial services, giving her a well-rounded perspective on people and organizational development. At TGLFC, Sheila plays a central role in strengthening company culture and ensuring alignment between people strategies and business growth.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines School of Labor and Industrial Relations (UP SOLAIR) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
Jon-Jon Avila brings over 13 years of experience in financial services and telecommunications, with a strong background in business strategy, product development, and customer growth. As Chief Business Strategist and Head of the Salary Loans Group, he leads the company’s efforts to expand access to financial readiness among the workforce sector, driving partnerships with employers and institutions nationwide.
Before joining The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation, Jon-Jon served as Chief of Staff for Branches at one of the country’s largest Western Union agents, where he also led Product Management and Customer Insighting. He previously headed Customer Acquisition for the leading mobile bank in the Philippines and managed system automation and sales enablement initiatives as Product Strategy Manager at a major telecommunications company, where he began his career as a management trainee.
An advocate of financial inclusion, Jon-Jon is deeply committed to making financial products more accessible, affordable, and relevant to the communities TGLFC serves. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
As Chief Marketing Officer of The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation, Jonathan leads the company’s overall marketing and corporate communications strategy anchored on the principle of Financial Readiness for Every Filipino. With over a decade of experience across finance, technology, logistics, lifestyle, and advocacy marketing, he brings a powerful blend of performance-driven strategy and purpose-led storytelling that strengthens TGLFC’s market leadership and brand reputation.
Jonathan drives the company’s integrated marketing framework by aligning brand building, lead generation, and stakeholder engagement to achieve both business growth and long-term trust. He also oversees Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and Crisis Management, ensuring a unified and credible voice across all internal and external channels.
Before joining TGLFC, Jonathan held key leadership roles at Ninja Van Philippines, McWilson Corporation, and GeiserMaclang Marketing Communications, where he led brand transformations and full-funnel marketing campaigns for major brands including Nike, BDO, Shell, and UnionBank. His cross-industry experience allows him to design holistic strategies that merge creativity, innovation, and data to deliver measurable results.
A strong advocate of marketing with impact, Jonathan is also an academic guest lecturer, where he mentors future communicators on brand strategy, storytelling, and client pitching. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from De La Salle University and completed his early education at Ateneo de Manila University.
